Accessibility

Kitsune Technologies LLC wants Kitsune Clips to work for people using keyboards, screen readers, captions, zoom, high contrast, and reduced-motion settings. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Current support

  • Core account screens and controls are keyboard operable with visible focus states.
  • Pages use labeled controls, semantic landmarks, and a skip link.
  • Processed clips can expose generated captions when captions are available.
  • The interface honors reduced-motion and increased-contrast preferences.

Known gaps

  • Generated captions can contain transcription errors and should be reviewed before publication.
  • Kitsune Clips does not yet provide an audio-description authoring workflow.
  • Automated WCAG checks run for releases, but manual coverage across every assistive technology is ongoing.

Text and automation access

Kitsune Clips uses HTTP endpoints behind the web interface, but it does not currently offer a supported public automation API. Contact us if an accessible text-only workflow would help you.

Report a problem

Send the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser involved through the Kitsune Technologies contact form. Our current non-contractual target is to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days, address confirmed critical or serious blockers within ten business days, and provide a status for other confirmed issues within thirty days.
